These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and rubyjp ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us") governing your use of the rubyjp website at https://rubyjp.cam and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on rubyjp, you unconditionally accept all terms set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the rubyjp platform in any capacity.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the rubyjp platform. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. rubyjp operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gaming. Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
rubyjp's primary target audience consists of adults residing in Indonesia who are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of rubyjp complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. rubyjp makes no representation that its services are legal or available in any specific jurisdiction outside of the markets it serves.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on rubyjp. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms. rubyjp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on rubyjp:
rubyjp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. You must be 21 or older — no exceptions.
To access rubyjp's full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested on the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. rubyjp reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.
rubyjp is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Before processing any withdrawal, or when Account activity exceeds certain thresholds, you will be required to submit the following:
KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours during standard business days. rubyjp may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted or suspended.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Significant changes — including a change of name, residential address, or contact details — must be reported to rubyjp customer support promptly. Name changes may require fresh KYC documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. rubyjp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
You must notify rubyjp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or that your login credentials have been compromised. rubyjp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain credential security or your failure to notify us promptly upon discovering a breach.
You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access rubyjp is protected by adequate security measures, including up-to-date antivirus software and secure network connections. rubyjp strongly advises against accessing your Account via public Wi-Fi networks or shared devices.
Use a unique, strong password for your rubyjp Account. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Never save your login credentials in a shared browser. If you believe your Account has been accessed by someone else, contact our 24/7 support team immediately at [email protected].
rubyjp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:
All transactions on rubyjp are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rubyjp does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Digital wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly, 24 hours a day. Delays may occur during peak hours, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or Indonesian national holidays.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. rubyjp reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or if a transaction is flagged for routine security review.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
rubyjp reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, or other suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement agencies.
rubyjp offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and festive promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
rubyjp reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. The following conditions may render a User ineligible for one or more promotions:
rubyjp employs advanced fraud detection algorithms to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Patterns indicative of abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, arbitrage across multiple accounts, and collusive bonus farming — will result in immediate cancellation of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of winnings derived from such bonuses, and may result in permanent Account closure.
rubyjp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to affected members where reasonably practicable.
All bets and wagers placed on rubyjp are final and binding once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. rubyjp does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances permitted under specific game or sport rules.
rubyjp's sportsbook covers major global and regional sporting events, including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Specific betting rules for each sport and market type are available in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. For in-play betting and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers, additional rules apply as specified therein.

rubyjp reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: a palpable pricing error by our odds compiler; an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. In all void cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
rubyjp applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Account. These limits vary by sport, game type, and market. Specific limits are displayed within each betting market. Where winnings from a single bet or gaming session exceed the applicable maximum payout, rubyjp will honour the stated limit and the excess amount will not be paid.
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on rubyjp and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:
rubyjp operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Confirmed cases of fraud will result in permanent Account closure and full forfeiture of all funds held.
All content on the rubyjp platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of rubyjp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any rubyjp content without the prior written consent of rubyjp. Unauthorized use of rubyjp's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your privacy is important to rubyjp. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
rubyjp collects only the personal data necessary to operate its services, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. rubyjp strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. rubyjp shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, provided that any bets confirmed prior to a disruption will be honoured upon restoration of service.
All gaming and betting activities carry an inherent risk of financial loss. rubyjp is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through legitimate gameplay. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are wagering your own funds voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rubyjp's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. rubyjp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
rubyjp is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or availability of third-party payment processors, game studios, or other service providers integrated into the platform. Any service failure or data incident attributable to a third-party provider will be addressed in accordance with that provider's own terms and service level agreements.
You may close your rubyjp Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining verified Balance — after deducting any Bonus Funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
rubyjp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or upon receipt of a valid court order or regulatory directive. Where an Account is closed by rubyjp for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified Balance will be returned to the User.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. rubyjp reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts until the Balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Users will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the internal regulations of rubyjp's licensing jurisdiction. rubyjp operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform serving Indonesian players. Users accessing rubyjp from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to online gaming in their specific location.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through rubyjp's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and any award rendered shall be final and binding on both parties.

We encourage all disputes to be resolved amicably before any escalation to formal arbitration proceedings.
rubyjp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — such as amendments to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — will be communicated to registered members via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the rubyjp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the amendment comes into effect.
